• To comply with legal and regulatory obligations

We may process device advertising identifiers or analytics tokens solely for performance and stability measurement. Users can opt out where available.

3. Data Storage & Security

User data is securely stored using Google Firebase services, including Firebase Authentication and Firebase Firestore.

Authentication credentials are handled directly by Firebase and are not stored on our servers. Application data is protected using access control rules, encryption in transit (HTTPS), and encryption at rest where supported by the platform.

5. Automated Processing & AI Features

The App uses automated systems and AI-powered features to provide matchmaking, recommendations, and conversational functionality.

User inputs may be processed through a secure backend proxy before interacting with AI services. No AI decisions are made without backend validation, and no sensitive authentication credentials are shared with third-party AI providers.

4. Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party services:

• Firebase Authentication – user account creation and login
• Firebase Firestore – user profiles, matches, and app data
• Cloud Functions / Cloud Run – backend and AI proxy services
• Google Play Billing – subscription and payment processing

These services process personal data only as required to provide the functionality of the App and in accordance with their respective privacy policies.

5. User Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your personal data
• Correct inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your account and associated data

6. Data Retention

Account and profile data are retained until user deletion, after which data will be permanently purged within 30–90 days. Deleted accounts are permanently removed, unless retention is legally required.

7. Data Deletion Flow

You may request deletion of your account and personal data at any time.

Option 1: In-App

• Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account
• Confirm deletion
• Your account and associated data will be permanently deleted

8. Children’s Privacy

The App is not intended for users under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

9. Changes to This Policy
